Greetings from Singapore !

I am here spreading the word of the potential of Turbodyne.

The group I am talking to is not disappointed that they have missed an opportunity to but this stock at the 5.00 level.

The feeling is quite the opposite. During the our discussion, the paris annoucement was never brought up. Most of the day was spent analysing the fundamentals of how much margin existed in the Turbopac and Dynacharger product line. A margin range was developed and then a market research report was distributed and discussed to develop a low, high and medium range for the FY98, FY99, and FY2000 years. The results were quite impressive. The investment group convened for the balance of the morning with a general consensus that the LONG TERM POTENTIAL OF TURBODYNE LOOKED MUCH MORE IMPRESSIVE THAN THE SHORT TERM. A three year sales plan showed figures of 500 million by the end of 2000. A number of highly respected portfolio holders shared with me their opinions that Turbodyne could (and should) hit a 50.00 plateau or they thought a takeover bid would be mounted by an OEM Turbocharger manufacturer. Their immediate buy estimates were based on a inital buy of under 10.00 price. This was the level they computed their rate of return on invested capital. Their computations were based on a three year investment plan.

One investor was spreading rumours. He mentioned a agreement with Mercedes Benz for Mexico. I asked him if he could verify this news. He said No but he felt in his opinion that the deal would be concluded shortly.

I still accept this as being good news even though he could not confirm its authencity.

I travel to Japan tomorrow to continue the same routine there. Hopefully the response from there will be positive as well.

I sincerely hope the price continues to improve to the 10.00 level.

thank you

Jim
