Michael, I definitely understand your point, as I have also been burned by news, or better yet, audited financials that will be announced "any day now". The best way to confirm info is to call the company at (281) 486-6061. Ask for Bruce Pollock or Pete Cahill. They can give you the rundown. So far, everything they told me has been accurate. You can check the ETPI board from the beginning to get a track record of announcements. We were told that a major fax release would be distributed to 10,000 to 12,000 people (which did happen, Rapid Release fax service -- it was later than expected because of new software problems, but when it did get released in full the volume jumped dramatically). We were told that Amex would be meeting with the company (they did). We were told that a fluffy news release would be released Monday regarding a discount card to shareholders (it did), and we were told that a release would be out regarding the 60 day performance of recently acquired Hero's (it did).
