Ed, ELCC looks to be breaking out of a bottom. Check stocastics,DMI, MACD, etc. Fundamentals don't look good but they have a very valuable franchise and licenses. Nearly half the float has turned over in the last two days with no news, hype or other apparent explanation. I don't think I have ever seen a more compelling chart but would like your opinion.
