To All ..... two comments. 1. Will the information contained in the S-8 filings change anyone's mind on their investment in SEXI? (Change mind to sell from hold) I for one feel that we already know that there are 65+ million shares outstanding. I'm sure that we all feel that the shares were issued as part of a scam rather than legitimate business. Naturally, I am just as interested in how inept (or smart) Mr Huttoe was and where all the shares went ...... but it IS in the past. I hope that at least 10 million shares end up being cancelled. But I'm not getting my hopes up. Holding for now as the puzzle pieces begin to fit together. 2. A poster on AOL claims their may be a major company interested in a buyout of SEXI. Probably BS but I have heard these rumblings before. The poster claims $8-$10 per share. BS in my book at this point. Just want to know if anyone else is hearing these rumblings. One other thing ........ What exactly is the purpose of an 8-K filing? Mike
