Another variable:

Oil prices, dayrates, earnings reports and now this from ODS 4/21:

"TEXAS:ÿ Regular employees at one of TDI-Halter's Sabine Pass, Texas, facilities walked off the job April 17.ÿ TDI officials report that the regular employees were upset over the perceived higher pay being earned by contract employees.ÿ Management and employees settled their differences over the weekend and the employees returned to work."
