Wouldn't they price OEX options off of the OEX Index, but possibly look at the SPM8 to help gauge pricing during quick moves?
I don't see how the SPX would be relevant...the ricks come in just as slow as the OEX, so they're not getting some 'advantage' to using the SPX. But I believe using the SPM8 is a definite possibility.
