Henry,
Henry, I must say I agree with your sentiment and your reasons.
To All: This thread is best used as a way for shareholders to exchange ideas opinions and visions regarding Naxos. There is room for a wide variety of educated or even uneducated opinions.
However, there is NOT room for personal insults and harrassment simply because a person has an opinion one way or another on the future potential or past events of Naxos.
This is a damn investment folks. It's not our child. BUT, lets face it. The thread is a pretty likely place for people who BELIEVE in Naxos to get together. So the gasping disbelief of those who appear on the thread who just can't believe we are still following Naxos is not only disingenuous, its rude to those who have spent endless days, hours, weeks, months and even years learning everything they can about Naxos AND taking personal and business time to share it here.
For all those who can't understand how some of us believe in Naxos, get a grip. If you are here to "save" us, then do it with facts and logical analysis in the same way many of us have come to have a positive view of the POTENTIAL of FL. This thread has long since shaken out those who bought on a whim and would therefor be effected by "this is a scam". (wow, what insight!)
As we have all gotten to know Mark, Henry, Mr. Allen, Jason, Mr. 2, Mr. Pearson, and on and on, there CAN be a civil and intelligent sharing of ideas. But the personal attack crap is not for this thread. If that is anyones goal, maybe we can have one of Henry's "discussion groups" in a selected irish pub. (We'll stay well clear of citydi's place)
There are so many on this thread, and a core of very bright people, that have donated, yes donated, their precious time to helping all of us look at this stock in a well educated way. A few sour apples should not spoil it.
In conclusion, as many here have stated on endless occassions, different opinions are welcome. If they are backed up with facts or if the question is a fair and logical one, it will get a response, but I think those who have so much to offer on this thread should make it an ongoing policy to simply click over posts that are personally offensive without any response. Each response extends the comment and gives that poster relevance.
This is just my opinion. I state it because I have great appreciation for the amount of time and brain power that has been devoted to this great communication tool we have access to via SI.
Thank you to all who post here, those who make us think and those who help us dream. But for me, especially those who add something and help us understand with a sense of balance, why we invested in potential of Naxos.
Respectfully
Tom Frederick |
