Kenneth,

QWST has decided to run two discrete nets. One, an IP net which is all cisco, and a second which is a frame/ATM net which is ASND. Go back and re-read the release. It's quite clear about this. No change has occured in the order/network being built by Cisco... There's no "splitting" of the network. Simply QWST is adding a new frame/ATM service.
