Forstmann Little & Co. ownership will drop to 25.4%

'Bout the only real change as a result of the offering will be a decline in GAC ownership by Forstmann Little & Co. Prior to selling their shares, the holding company owns approximately 40% of the company's stock. After the sale, F/L's ownership will be about 25.4%.

We may see a little selling on the news; but I don't think the move is at all surprising. Forstmann et al is mainly a leverage buyout group, so profit taking now that the company has completed its turnaround was to be expected.
