Brad,

One other piece of info that may be useful in figuring out what went wrong is that I could enter as a non-member even while I couldn't get in as a member. I could read all the threads, but if I tried to log-in or do anything requiring membership it timed out.

Traceroute and ping to talk.techstocks.com were both fine (unusually good, in fact).
