GIFT has the patent. To enforce the patent, they are in litigation. The stock is only at a buck (.93 x 1.06 on 38K now) for several reasons:

1. It is on the OTC BB
2. It is a "mini-micro" and"all that it is, is "THE Patent".

Like I have said before, I was a sceptic until my patent atty old buddy, who was w IBM when IBM lic'd it, he let me know that the patent was "good". (BTW, he has greatly advanced from IBM and heads the patent dept of a Fortune 500 now). Nothing has changed, except that we are "that much" closer to the Ct setting the date for the Markman Hearing where the Judge will "define" the claims of the patent.

Metal-man, grab some shares and it has a great chance to eclipse the run KTEL (now NAVR DISK SHRP) are now having. Mel
