George, wasn't Lampert based in San Francisco, at least a couple of years ago? Peter Suzman's right on Cooley, Godward. They're a heavy hitter Silicon Valley lawfirm, big in biotechs ... my guess is they're #2 to Wilson Sonsini in that business. Wilson Sonsini is the Microsoft of Silicon Valley lawfirms, btw. One of Cooley, Godward's top biotech guys is Alan Mendelson, who's on the board of ISIP, as well as several others. Peter
