Hello All i just talked to Pr man and (correct me if im wrong) he said that this deal would be done by equity financing and (correct me if im wrong again Sorry but im new here) i think the figure used was .75 cents a share? Someone please correct me if im wrong on all three counts but doesnt this mean further dilution of shares? could some please explain this deal to me in detail. Im stuck between this stock and TGSK. these are my 2 finalists,and im having a headache choosing between the 2.
