Maurice,

Qualcomm is doing really well in the Mexican auctions. Thanks Michael. Yes, I'm interested and hope others are too.

There are couple of things I am a little confused about regarding Mexican auctions:

1. What is Qualcomm going to do with these frequencies? Are they actually to start providing wireless phone service? Is Qualcomm going to become a phone company in Mexico, or are they just going to provide equipment, while some other company will do the retail stuff.

2. These blocks (or frequencies?) that Qualcomm has the highest bid on, are they inteoperable? Suppose I sign up for the service in area where Qualcomm has the E block. Is my phone going to work without reprogramming when I go to region where Qualcomm has the B block?

Joe
