Looks like it will be a grand ole party. But where's Ross Perot? Jones, Lewinsky and Clinton among guests at dinner 10.17 a.m. ET (1418 GMT) April 21, 1998 WASHINGTON (AP) - Paula Jones and President Clinton, along with nearly 2,500 reporters and guests, will dine together at a White House Correspondents Association banquet Saturday night. The president and first lady plan to sit at the head table at the dinner. Mrs. Jones and her husband will come as guests of conservative Insight magazine. Mrs. Jones is in the midst of appealing her sexual harassment lawsuit against the president. She claims that Clinton propositioned her in a Little Rock, Ark., hotel room in 1991 when he was Arkansas governor. Former White House intern Monica Lewinsky is another expected guest. Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr is investigating whether Clinton had an affair with Lewinsky and then urged her to lie about. foxnews.com And from Drudge: ALDRICH JOINS JONES AT DINNER Former FBI Agent Gary Aldrich [UNLIMITED ACCESS] will be a sitting at the same table as Paula Jones at this weekend's upcoming White House Correspondent's dinner. INSIGHT magazine may be stuck in the back of the ballroom, but with both legends sitting just seats apart... flash cubes will certainly be popping their way. Lucianne Goldberg will also attend the fuss dinner, guest of the NEW YORK POST. President Clinton and the First Lady are scheduled to join the happy media family for what is expected to be a night of a thousand toasts and whispers. However, CNBC is reporting that Monica Lewinsky is not planning to attend despite repeated rumors to that effect. This is attributed to comments from Ginsburg. So much for Fox News.
