Comments on the recent trend to use the word Yeshua rather than the Holy Spirit inspired New Testament name Iesus or Jesus. All Aostloic Christian Jews used the name Iesus (Jesus) in their inspire writings.

First of all, the New Testament was written in Greek, and not in Hebrew. The dominant
language of Palestine and Egypt was Ptolemaic Greek during the days of Jesus. The
Torah and the Tanach were read from the Greek Septuagint in the Synagogues
during the days of Jesus.

From textual studies of the New Testament, it can be shown that almost every reference
to the Old Testament by Jesus was taken from the official Jewish Greek Septuagint.
When Jesus lived in Egypt, He spoke Greek. When He lived in Judae and Galilee, He
probably spoke both Greek and Aramaic(the Old language of Cyrus the Great and the Jews of Jesus' day.)

Jesus also certainly knew Hebrew, but their is no evidence in the New Testament that
He was ever called Yeshua. He is always refered to as Iesus in the Holy Spirit inspired
New Testament. Every Apostle and disciple who were inspired to write the books of
the New Testament called Jesus by the Greek name Iesus. If God and the Holy Spirit
had taught it was important to give Jesus the Hebrew name of Yeshua in the New
Testament, they would have done so. They didn't! Neither the Hebrew nor the Greek has any
spiritual significance but facts are facts. It is inappropriate to try to change His name to
the Hebrew Yeshua as if in doing so it gives his name some vodoo or magical language
power. Jesus' name has power in any language, if invoked with faith and humility. The only
place where it is appropriate to call Jesus Yeshua is where men speak Hebrew as their
native language as in Israel.

I do not mean to offend but only to correct what is a foolish trend by those who have
made and idol out of modern Judaism and the Hebrew language. (note the recent secret
codes allegedly found in the Hebrew Scriptures by two antichrist Israelis. There is only
one code that can crack the Hebrew Scriptures---faith in Jesus and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
How could two antichrist Israelis who have a veil of unbelief over their hearts
understand anyting about the OT.--codes, smods).
