SC&T International Postpones Shareholder Meeting
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 21, 1998--SC&T International Inc. (NASDAQ:SCTI - news) held a
special meeting of shareholders at its headquarters in Scottsdale, on April 16, 1998.
James Copland, chairman and chief executive officer, announced that the company did not achieve a quorum, and permanently
adjourned the meeting. Copland stated that the company would announce a meeting in the near future and that all shareholders
will be notified.
Dick Elwood, SC&T's director of finance and operations, has been receiving a large volume of phone calls from parties
seeking information on the company.
