That is what Barron's says. I advise we take away some of the emotion and just hit at the pertinent points. One of them is the Sturza relationship and creditibilty (Like why didn't Abelson point out that Sturza has been telling his readers to short the stock since it was at 8 - I feel that is a serious non-disclosure on the partof Abelson), but the most important is the blatant ignorance of the facts (did Abelson check with anyone at the FDA to verify his information from Sturza and was Sturza in attendance or was it one ofhis so called doctor cronies?).
