Yes, it seems they have registered the convertible shares (some are recent series D 7%, the others are from the '95 14%). see freeedgar.com Also, there was a fund in Boston dumping shares, presumably concerned that the tech didn't work well. No one I speak to gives this much credibilty. Steve
