KRD,

If this was to happen it would take 1 to 3 years to get into court, well arent we being told they are going to be possibly worth $200,000,000 in a few years... under the terms we have currently been saddled with?
Another possibility is a stock adjustment, or things like that.

But we are not to the point of even filing anything yet, just inquiring into if its a valid case if WOTD, insists on the terms we have been given at this moment.
