<..Do you have a different read?..> My apologies for shooting from the hip. I got the S3 notice from FreeEdgar, saw there were 10MM shares offered, saw 4MM were from the recent 7%. Went to SI (and a post I had started) and found I could now submit, then read Teddy's post, did a "find" for "14%" on the SEC registration and found reference to the '95 debt, and ASSumed the balance of the filing was from '95. Re-reading it now, I see that just as you suggest, this filing is primarily regarding the recent cnvrt (4MM cvt prfds & 4MM stock that will be converted to). I didn't get to find what the $28MM for 2.082MM shares from some options was about. Will check in later- Steve
