I just heard that. IBM is the only thing keeping the DJIA from being negative.

This guy is funny....he said "The pros are selling and the shmoes are buying".

Well, I thought it was funny. Most would not I guess.

Anyway, I'm going back entirely to cash on this last little run, here.
Off the top of my head, IBM contributes no more or less than any of the other 29 stocks. It's not weighted by cap and whenever a stock splits it's accounted for in a general divisor....which should be around 0.28....I don't recall exactly...maybe 0.26, but because it's below 1.00 it's naturally a multiplier.
