It is a big deal. Everybody is just saying how many desktops Compaq will sell to GM,
but I think one has to also factor that Compaq will also be selling them servers,
workstations, networks, and services. For a company such as GM this is a lot of
business

Sorry I didn't see anything that said GM was awarding us a contract for anything but the desktops. If you have an article telling more please post it for the thread.
