Here is a site that tracts price trends in uPs and memory:

Pentium MMX and Pentium II pricing has dropped recently while DRAM is now on a more moderate decline. The declining price picture has not been looked at very negatively in this robust market climate. At various times in the stock market cycle this sort of news can have a very negative effect. The sharp declines and increased competition are moderated by the fact that unit demand remains strong - PC sales expected to increase 16% in units but only 3% in dollars.

I am closely watching the monetary flows into equity mutual funds and foreign flows. When the positive momentum goes out of these, I expect a pull-back to occur. That may still be several weeks off. Does anyone know what H & Q and other tech brokers are advising their key clients? H & Q is usually good about timing over-bought and over-sold conditions.
