"PSYCLE sm" buy list, with a close stop below recent low, for yet another pop towards the 17+ area, in perhaps 2-3- months...I have had this one, a few times before, similarly, the last year or so, and is definitely worth the shot, technically, in its base...please also read my post # 3249 on the "WFR" thread, for similar ideas, via my concept, and best wishes,
