Buying by Alpha insiders?

I spoke to my friend today who is a broker and he told
me that Alpha insiders bought stock in the company in
February. I did not find out where he saw this, but I
asked him if maybe he was confusing the notice that
Softquad would be buying back shares. He seems to
believe it was insider buying.

Has anyone seen insider records from Softquad? I will
attempt to access records on Canada Stockwatch, but I'm
not sure if it is up to date.
