All... Yesterday, I noticed getting some "funny" looking OT screens. Things that I hadn't seen before. The 3,6,9 month icon buttons on the right were suddenly no longer there. Neither was the slide to change number of days displayed. Other abnormalities were there as well. Functionality seemed to be there, just a different look. I had a crash yesterday morning. I have a dedicated phone line for my modem and it went dead somehow. When that happened it froze up my machine and I had to hit the button to restart it. After that, nothing in OT has been the same. Sent Support a note this morning and got back a quick response, but the fix they suggested didn't take. I'm wondering two things. Does anyone know if this might be some "remnants" of my old 2.5 version interfering? If so, how the hay do I get rid of it. Also, is there a way to uninstall all this and simply start over, without losing a zillion new profiles that I've spend the past 2 weeks building? I've send support a new note, but haven't heard back yet. Anyone out there have any ideas? Thanks! Ken
