I too am puzzled by this. I was one of those who made a prediction back in February. I thought that by this time the stock would be at about 23-24 if I remember correctly. Anyway, this indeed may be a sign that FDA either is going to disapprove or is not going to take action this week and someone "knows" this information.

I remember reading the text of the FDA meeting last summer. Unless I misread something I was very surprised to learn that one of the people on the FDA examining board was short PLC shares. I'm glad that pursuant to regulations he had to make that statement but it doesn't seem right to be able to take a position either long or short if one is going to be one of those making a decision on this or any stock. Does anyone else remember reading this?
