Dear Mark;

I hope you don't think me rude but I would like to make a point about your question. Many believe that all religions point to G-d. This can cause many problems. First, while many religions have some elements of truth, and agreement, they also contradict each other in many significant ways. For example the idea of a jihad or holy war in Islam as opposed to Love your Enemy, as Yeshua taught. Also by making all religion equally correct, it has the effect of rendering all of them as myths. Stories about ideas about G-d not to be taken literally, but human ideas to teach a particular cultures values. Only Christ claimed to be G-d the creator, and proved this fact through his resurrection. The appeal in the book of Acts is to ask the over 500 witnesses who saw him alive after crucifixion. I suppose I am babbling now so I will stop, but IMHO no other religion makes the historical claims of Christianity, or is as consistently accurate in its teaching.

Yeshua be with you;

PS In the garden, Yeshua prayed to G-d if there were any other way to let the cup pass from him. As an undisputed man of G-d, the fact that G-d did not take it away suggests to me that there is no other way.
