FYI, their system is such that any change in the order results in a new production order that has to go through the system again. They could really use some help from someone with large systems experience. If they started now it would still take them about a year to fix the problem.

As it is, all orders are written up, then goes to Credit. Credit plays their part in holding things up for as long as they can and then forwards it to production. Any changes that come in cause the old order to be trashed and a new one that goes to Credit..ad nauseam..

Tip: Make sure you know what you want before you place an order and DON'T change anything once the order is in.
