You don't have netiquette... please don't use capitalized letters -- it means shouting... and its impolite!

You may have to go back to your law books. If I may remind you that actions in defamation in Civil Law not only arise from the publication of false or inaccurate information but may also result from the publication of accurate, true information, where publication has no other purpose than to injure the plaintiff.

And, BTW, to GULL. I am not trying to exclude anyone from the thread, or from the discussions, nor am I a special person who needs to hide behind anonymity. You still haven't answered -- what's your agenda?
