I agree with your reasonings. However, if you look at The Gap, it same store sales does not increase but the stock only dropped about 20%
from the top. Claries same store sales increased 10% but the stock dropped 40% from the top. Also, someone has pointed out that while the retail sector is weak, it doesn't stop some other companies (TJX, Ross, etc) to go up. I also think that insider selling has something to do with the drop.

I still think this stock is a good stock if you are willing to ride the wave (6 months - 2 years)
