The Legal Suit,
Actually, this legal suit deal might be a good idea after all. But lets keep it in POSSIBILTY MODE for the time being. If CVIA/WOTD and WOTD, specifically, reads this thread, then if they had any brains whatsoever and really had their butts on the line here and saw that almost all of the shareholders were in agreeance with a lawsuit, then they would have to find some way to satisfy their shareholders. If not, they risk losing everything, including reputation, credibility, and trust me, all of those are very important, no matter how good you think you are. (My dad owns a private business, for which I have worked for for 3 years. He has a great reputation, credibility and everyone trusts him!, so obviously he succeeds)

P.S. Note to WOTD: You all may have a lot of smart people running your operation, but just from my perspective, we have some borderline genuises onboard as shareholders. So let's keep this deal clean and fair. |
