CLK and Henry and SI posters OFF Topic

WSJ put out a tiny little article this morning on British Steel.

"....One of the worlds biggest steel companies hs been battered by
the strength of the British Pond...[it's turning to its suppliers], and
asking them to accept payments in the euro when it was launched next
Jan. 1st. By using euro's...the hudge conglomerate reason's it can shield
at least part of its revenue stream from foreegn exchange fluctuations,
which has severely eaten into its bottom line."
"Some analysts wonder if the move is a sign that British Steel is trying
to trim overhead costs amid the threat of cheaper Asian steel...."

Very interesting indication that deflation may play a significant part
in the worlds ecomomys going forward. We may be seeing strength in earnings
and world wide growth in US and European indexs, but another couple of
quarters may in-hind-site show that we are peaking here.

I bet we see a beginning sometime this spring that lasts a few months
takes 30% off the US markets and breaks this upward trend.
Not the end, but a good solid pause.

Pull back in these markets coming soon...Break the trend...?
I Think there's a pretty good chance.....
What say you fellow posters
