John, I don't think the actual audit will be done until June. It takes quite a while for those things because it also includes filing with the SEC. But I think this will be a great stock to have over the next year. Everything just needs to be done at a steady pace. I'm not looking for huge spikes, just steady appreciation over the course of the year on up to the $1.50 range. The first step is to make sure everything is structured properly. I'm talking about getting the audit underway, solidifying the contracts that involve revenue streams, and then follow-up to execute the business plan. Once they have the electronic revenue streams flowing, it's just like a money machine that requires minimal overhead. That's how I see it anyway. Great business! Best wishes, Brad
