Well Gator, you got me over here. It's a good thing I bought BEFORE I
saw that pathetic press release. Geeze... I don't mean to be critical,
but why in the world even issue a press release if all you are going to
say is:

We have received an undisclosed amount of money (lots of money) from
an undisclosed source under undisclosed terms. Although this is going
to be equity financing, rest assured that there is no equity involved
(no increase in float or outstanding shares).

Now what is up with that? Can any of these &^%& OTC companies write
a press release to save their lives??
