On the quarter ended 12/31/97, the revenue is 43.0 million with net income 2.8 million (without Visigenic). Borland try to avoid compare with previous quarter because this is not a good quarter. So, we have income statement compare with same quarter last year while balance sheet compare with previous quarter.

IMHO, Visigenic will be the most critical piece for Borland for the coming quarters. On 4/29, Borland will announce the fruits of its acquisition of ORB vendor - Visigenic with the delivery of its Object Application Server. Borland has to make something out of this; otherwise ...
