Just got off the phone with Pete at Investor Relations. Financing will be obtained through a Private Placement. There will be no additional shares issued, and there will be no increase in the float, the company wants it kept tight. Pete says a couple of big positions are now out of the way, allowing the tightness to be maintained more easily.

I asked: PP done internally or externally through a broker?
Answer is externally. My usual concern with an external placement is that there is a discount to the market. The answer is NO, there will be NO discount to the market price.

The CEO has a stated objective of 100 centers in operation. In addition to the arrangement for financing, the company may be able to obtain new equipment at a VERY low price. This is pre-release, but being worked on now. Pete says he will have more news tomorrow, the CEO is away, but returning then. More as I hear it, and look forward to any further news the rest of you may have. -AuFingr
