Trey:
Thanks for your response. As a long time lurker on this thread, I have often read your posts. At times you seemed to be the only defender of WSTL; now you seem to be in a mellow state, accepting whatever happens to the company without getting too upset at management's seemingly inept attempts to survive. Good for you.
As I posted to Frank, I truly think its only a matter of time when WSTL will be bought out. Its manufacturing facilities, engineering staff, contacts and existing agreements must be worth at least as much as TXN paid for AMATI. Some elephant is just waiting for the stock to get low enough, to minimize their investment. I would guess the Penny family is shopping the company don't you? It does have 80 million annual sales, which is about a factor of 4 over AMATI before it got swallowed. I realize AMATI had some patents, etc. which TXN likes, and perhaps WSTL does not, but I think WSTL will bring $15/share or more. What are your thoughts on a buyout??
