The new CEO is from Rare Medium which is a profitable internet web page designer. Check it out. If the A/C spinoff is announced in the conference call after close today, watch this stock shoot through the roof tommorrow. ******************************************** The message posted before conference call. I listened to it, and I did not hear the statement "A/C will be spun off". HOwever, I got the impression that the two main parts of the new company, the internet division and the A/C division are not even thinking about any synergy. Nothing DEFINITE was said about the spin off, but I got the impression that they have to keep quite due to legal reasons only, but something is cooking. What do you think, guys? Musya
