elk, please answer these questions.

1. Is the WCOM colocation agreement with FTEL or FNET???
2. What is the compensation to FTEL shareholders for FNET's spin-off since we (FTEL) presently own 70% of FNET??

Just because people have questions is not a reason to tell them to buzz off. I presently own shares in a company (FTEL) that has a 70% interest in FNET. I just want to know that the 70% of that company is not being spun off for no value??

Simple questions, simple answer please?
