What is missing here? What is missing is a direct and explanatory announcement mapping out WHAT is occurring and when. Yea I know it's going to happen sometime in the summer (June 21st to Sept ??, FNET will be spun off off FTEL with or without a substantial equity share in FNET. Shareholders may or may not get shares, Magruder may or may not now be FNET, the money in NTC may or may not own most of FNET for their promise of funding and/or management expertise. I wonder who Magruder's "team" is? We will have to see what, when and if FTEL straightens out the questioned items. I am sure that Frank wanted to release this news as quickly as possible to inform everyone (I Hope). If that is the case the followup information and details SHOULD be revealing. If not then we (shareholders) need to request it. SETH 1. NO - NOT FLUFF (very significant) 2. NO/MAYBE (too early to tell non sufficient information -will depends on your frame of reference i.e the money and management guys OR the shareholder
