How much have you got in mind any shareholder of Osicom would ask. And if the price is right who would say no?

As shareholder I agree with you 100%.

But a good teaming agreement through which the new partner puts some serious money on the plate in return for shares and certain changes in the bylaws of OSICOM which assures the partner, would be preferred or not?

Just a thought.

The whole thing is a number to big for me.
