The company is getting a nice boost from the general cable spending increase/internet frenzy going on in the market. They also tend to tell large investors of impending deals or negotiations they are in.

So, yes, someone definitely knows something we don't. Whether or not anything comes from it is a different story.

The company is really focused on getting some positive press coverage. That is the purpose of the Silicon Valley office. The two announcements today were nothing significant as far as I could tell.
