About Global Satellite Network, Inc.

GSNI is developing a proprietary Direct Broadcast Satellite(DBS) system. The reason their share price was hit hard was a chief principle of the company became seriously ill and the company as a going concern was in doubt. Now we have young, new management with incentives to make this company succeed. Along with an announcement to confirm the management transition, there are also rumors that an agreement or partnership with a major provider(Direct TV, Primestar, Echostar, ect) is in the works and upcoming. If this is indeed the case we will see an extremely volatile swing to the upside. The O/S shares are reported as just over 8 million with only 2.8 million in the float, whick makes this an easy issue to move.

Just the raw potential of GSNI alone should maintain a share price of .50 to .75 with anything involving Direct TV(or equivalent) pushing GSNI up 4-5 times that, easily, in my opinion.

52 week high .96
52 week low .05
currently .21X24 last .203

I dont think there is any doubt that satellites play an important role in todays society/world and even moreso in the future. GNSI is still a small player in the field, but with the new management and timely and beneficial partnerships, they can become a powerhouse, in my opinion.
