Wait a minute here folks. Talk of "twenty dollars near term" is just BS promotion trying to suck a few more new investors in to buy your paper.

Aquasol could prove to be a great deal and NIR might be making a crucial step towards profitability but lets look at some facts:

1. NIR has gone up over 500% (over 6 times) in the last 30 days.
Can you say promotion/ distribution phase/ ...

2. Before this currently proposed deal NIR has b/w 18.5 million shares o/s. Did you know that over 9 million of those share were issued during the last 6 months a prices ranging from 0.15 to 0.30?

There are another 5 million wts at prices of 0.20 to 0.30 issued over the last 6 months, and the Aquasol purchase will involve another 6 million shares.

I happen to know someone who was in on the private Aquasol financing at 0.20 a couple of years ago. What do you figure these investors are going to do with their 5.9 million shares once the transfer goes through? That's right, dump them for a great return on their investment. And what do you think that dumping of shares will do to the share price?

From the news release "The arrangement will require Napier to issue 5,934,597 common shares or approximately 16% of its share capital on a fully-diluted basis to Aquasol shareholders. "

i.e. NIR will have OVER 37 MILLION shares o/s FD after this transaction.

What would a $20 share price represent in future EPS?
Well at a 20 PE multiple, that equates to 1.00 EPS or over 37 million in net income after taxes.

Maybe someone can enlighten me as to contracts, sales projections, margins, etc that could lead an investor to speculate at future earnings of these amounts.

Lets step back and look for some facts here.
Nothing goes up this fast without correcting.

Looking forward to everyone's comments and discussion.
thanx
