KAA - The new proposed ceo and/or dealer (Charles), may have pending judgement(s) on him from prior deals which might equal a track record of misleading and corrupt business dealings. This seems to me to be worth looking into for a law suit. Bad souls need to be placed in depositories (jail). If this soul is working another or various deal(s) and his fingerprints are on them, there are probably lots of individuals whom know his mo and willing to talk regards his lies and cheating character for running another PUBLIC corporation. We DO have the capabilities to put forth in cyber space a continuous and lasting impression. Best wishes:)
