My take on the recent neutral coverage: They finished selling. Now that they're done, they tell everyone the stock is neutral. I've seen this many times too. If the stock deteriorates enough they will begin buying back, like John T. Hardee says. Once they're done buying, they'll give the outperform rating. Just my thoughts. Take into account that I'm still PO'ed that a month or so ago they told everyone that everything was fine, then held the analyst meeting and the stock dropped 3 points. The analysts seem to have gotten info from ORCL that the public has yet to see. Kind of like a BB stock. Next thing you know they'll dilute the float and announce a reverse split ! Regards, Chris
