Bill,

Many years ago I was in a movie theater when we were asked to leave calmly because of fire. It was funny because the film was a version of Beethoven's opera "Fidelio," which ends with a joyful populace dancing around a bonfire. So it seemed appropriate that smoke should be seen.

It turned out it was a popcorn machine in the lobby that had caught on fire, and all the popcorn had popped, thus feeding the fire.

Just another analogy for this market. A lot of smoke and burnt popcorn.
