the following is from Bloomberg on the warrants. notice the condition*

1 for 1 conversion= 1 warrant + $6.90 = 1 common share
expires 2-13-2002*

*IF the common shares close @ $10.50 for 20 consecutive trading days the company can call the warrants for $0.01.

That part confuses people. The company does that to protect themselves and to take advantage of folks that do not pay attention to the warrants. When the common hit anywhere @ $6.90 convert !!! duh

Also the warrants trade just like a stock til conversion or a company call.
